ICT and Programming Fixtures Over Center Design
| This custom In-circuit test (ICT) and Programming Fixtures was developed by Ai Control Systems to overcome the combined pressure of many Pogo Pins. The center over design squares the force pressing against the board allowing for a better distribution of force. Custom fixtures can be turned around in as little as 2 to 3 weeks with documentation. We use 3D design tools to turn around final documentation and changes rapidly, as well as to create CAD/CAM conversion to G-Code for precision milling. |
