Industrial Gas Analyzer Panels

Objective:
A provider of industrial gas products required two sets of gas analyzer panels for new plant construction projects. Both Main analyzer panels and Truck Bay analyzer panel were required. The custom assemblies were to be of heavy duty NEMA construction and suitable for mounting of 19” rack style instrumentation. Other requirements included all stainless steel piping, cleaning for oxygen service, and full pressure testing.

Action:
Ai Control Systems worked with the client’s engineers to develop the packaging arrangement including an internal support system for the rack mount instruments, additional non-rack mount instrumentation, piping and electrical.

Outcome:
Ai Control Systems received many compliments on the projects form both our client and the end user.
